Saidera Gota (NONA REEVES) 4th solo album “HEARTBREAK” (previous work “SUNSET RAIN” is a cover album).

From “BABY LOVER,” which Tomita Ken arranged and produced over time, a demo tape made with humming (released at “Tamori Club”) when he was 12 years old, to the latest co-composed song “MUSIC BOYS,” where he teamed up one-on-one with his ally, Yasuyuki Horigome for the first time. This work condenses his 40-year history of songwriting.

Co-producer is Yamagata Tomoya, a guitarist and engineer who is highly trusted as Saiji's right-hand man. “Away,” which recently welcomed Ohi Yuudai (SANABUGUN.), who is a musical partner from the previous work and also serves as the bandmaster of NewJeans (now NJZ), as producer, is Smooth Mellow, a masterpiece that traces the lineage of R&B such as Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson in a modern way. The dynamic new jack swing song “I KNOW I WANNA (I KNOW I WANNA)” teamed up with the new-generation trackmaker “Camino the Funk” based in Kansai, is dedicated to Quincy Jones, the latest form “Hey Mr. Beat” by Gota Saiji's “Dancable Melancholy Groove”, and the mysterious instrumental “1987,” which revives the synclavier sound of the mid-1980s with a new interpretation “Heartbreak” is a monumental soul ballad, and the famous Simply Red song “HOLDING BACK THE YEARS” produced by Miyagawa Dan. While interlacing covers, a retrospective and currently progressive masterpiece that encapsulates pop ness from all eras was born. The jacket shoot was taken by photographer Shinya Kato on the beach in Santa Monica, LA, where the Jacksons and Jackson 5 guitarist Tito Jackson visited for his funeral.
